For our floral arrangements for weddings an events, cancellations can be made up to 6 months before the event date without incurring a fee. as for our flower preservation service, we are unable to accept cancellations once we have begun the preservation process. We stive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, but we kindly ask for understating regarding the nature of this service.

Shipping outside of USA

At the current moment we only ship our arrangements to addresses within the US and US territorries. However, we are happy to work with you if you are able to arrange for a US based delivery address. We understand the unique needs of our clients, especially those planning weddings from abroad, and we are committed to finding solutions that work for you.

I don't want my flowers dried; can you preserve them fresh?

Unfortunately, resin does not mix with water and the moisture in the flowers and their stems will create mold, so we are unable to preserve flowers in their fresh state. Additionally, if the color of your blooms changes during the preservation process, we can provide color correction for a small fee to ensure your flowers look as vibrant as your wedding day.
